Family Nurse Practitioner – Community Quick Care
Community Quick Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our fast-growing outpatient clinic in La Vergne, Tennessee. We provide convenient, affordable primary care and urgent care services for patients of all ages.
This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys treating a wide range of common medical conditions in a fast-paced clinic environment while building strong relationships with patients in the community.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Perform sick visits, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
- Conduct physical exams and preventive care visits
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
- Perform minor procedures (suturing, incision & drainage, ear wax removal)
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow
Qualifications

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Board Certified
- Active Tennessee NP license or ability to obtain
- DEA license or eligibility
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine preferred
